Same Day Delivery

Delivery Times

Simply place your order before 11:30AM to receive your parcel between 6pm-9pm that same business day. Orders placed after 11:30AM will arrive the next business day.

Any Same Day Delivery orders placed after 11:30AM Friday, on weekends and on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Same Day Deliveries cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or work addresses, all orders must be delivered to residential addresses only.

• The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

• If you are worried no one will be home to accept your parcel, contact our Customer Care Team and we can request your parcel requires a signature or is delivered to your local Post Office. 

• There may be a delay of up to 2-5 business days during our peak periods.

• Deliveries to New Zealand may incur customs or import taxes. All orders over $1000NZD will incur GST and/or Duty fees and you must apply for a Customs Number, to do this, visit New Zealand Customs Services. Lovisa is not responsible for any additional fees as they are out of our control.

• Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team.
